Being the administrator for the team he quickly became aware of all of the problems that come with being a real estate agent in a fast paced market like we had the past 5 years. As the administrator for the team I quickly realized that faxing back and fourth made the document illegible almost to the point of being pointless. Most the time we would deliver documents back and fourth from office to office putting lots of miles on our cars and wasting lots of valuable time.
